Do not buy anything from here, item info has misleading information and customer support is USELESS. If you see a price that seems really good, it's probably because the actual price is the most ridiculous screw of a price that you think logically must be wrong. After the fact, customer service is happy to play dumb, eventually full of excuses and happy to screw you over. Don't waste your time, these guys are a waste of energy. I'll never in a million years order with them. They didn't give me a refund on a product that I didn't receive, I couldn't even complain with the person in charge because he refused to talk to me for more than 30 seconds. I'll have to file a dispute to get my money back. I'm so angry at this. Note d'Évaluation

My experience with Frontier PC was enjoyable, and I got more than what I though I needed for less than I expected. The best place to start is the sales team. Wether contacting by phone or in person, I am always treated as a valuable customer, and never feel forced into any deals. If I am not sure about some hardware compatibility or specs, the staff will be very helpful in providing detailed but also simple answers. On one upgrade to my gaming machine, they suggested that based on what I wanted I could save a couple hundred dollars by purchasing a whole basket of other cheaper parts, and giving me very detailed instructions on how to overclock them if I wanted to. It's been over half a year and my machine is still running well for all the games I play, so they certainly have experience and are very up to date. In summary, the knowledgable sales staff will treat you with respect, and likely end up being your friend. If you are in Vancouver, walk in to Frontier PC. Note d'Évaluation

Frontier PC, Been using them for about half a year. Always came in when expected (next day or 2 days if not sent to them before the listed time). Credit cards get verified by a human not a machine so it may take longer to process a order but with fraud today who can blame them? I have made Frontier PC my "go to" computer supplier and they are in BC I am in Ontario! This past order the salesman Paul who received the "Ok ship ASAP" to a quote this Sunday so he did not get it till yesterday (Monday) and I received the whole order today (Tuesday). Can't be happier. Wow, what a horrible experience. NEVER, I repeat, NEVER use these people! First, they offer same day shipping in Toronto, and get you to place an order. Only THEN do they say that this doesn't actually mean an order has been made, but they will "consider" taking the order...and make you wait....and wait...and wait. NO service, no help at all. Then, after trying to get them to cancel my order, it shows up online as being "shipped", yet no charge to my credit card has appeared. What the?? Anyhow, a very poor experience all around...I'm going elsewhere from now on. If you use them after reading this, you deserve what you get. Note d'Évaluation

I believe FrontierPC needs to work on their customer service, as they have acted in an unprofessional manner with me. I ordered a special order item in March, and was told on the telephone that the order could take up to 6 weeks to arrive. 8 weeks later I still hadn't heard anything and had to call twice and email in order to get some attention. They told me the ETA was in the middle of July (14 weeks later!!). At the end of july, once again, I hadn't heard anything. When I called, they informed me that they could not guarantee the arrival of any special order items. This would have been fine if they had warned me of such a possibility back in March, rather than have me wait 3 months only to receive nothing. Sad thing is, I called the manufacturer myself and they're sending me the item in 2 days. Note d'Évaluation

Ordered a network camera by phone on 28th. Would need it in a rush. Sales agent assured me that it would be shipped that day and would be received the next day. No confirmation mail followed and order only processed after calling them the next day. The sales agent (Paul) told me then that it is normal that an order would take 1 or 2 days to be processed before sending anything.. There goes there next day delivery policy. Needed to follow up with another call to receive invoice. Very poor service and wrong info given to client is not acceptable. Will not order again. Note d'Évaluation

FrontierPC processed and shipped my order promptly but when the order arrived, I was sent the wrong item. I contacted them by e-mail asking to return the item, but they did not reply. I tried another one of their e-mail addresses also with no reply. It is totally unsatisfactory to be treated so callously by a merchant. Note d'Évaluation

When you place an order for a new PC, Frontier PC's sales people are very friendly and helpful. They may bent over backwards to get your business. Problem is that the tech staff, who build the PCs, do NOT have either the technical skills or the time to build what the sales guy have just sold you. And they do not understand enough about Operating Systems. Don't bother complaining to management about the shoddy built either. The owner is more interested in cutting as many corners as possible rather than providing a quality service. In my case she would not even honour the warranty. So it is the old "hook the customer in through sales, get their money, then get rid of them". So, if you are considering a new PC, you are better off buying the parts and building it yourself. If you don't have the time or the skills, my advice is, walk three doors past Frontier PC and go to NCIX instead. Not recommended. They are definitely not on the frontiers of quality or service. They'll sell you a used item as new. Don't expect any answers to your e-mails. They take your money when you order, not when they send it out. And if you drop an item they won't refund the money. If you call them, they'll tell you anything to keep you happy. I don't recomend them. Note d'Évaluation
